A FOUNTAIN

In The Agency of the Orphan, achieving autonomy is paramount. The Fountain is a symbol for autonomy because it ingests and excretes its inner fluids. Anna Craycroft has crafted ceramic wall mounting fountains to provoke thoughtful contemplation of the A of O. Watch as the water drips steadily from the eyes, ears, nose and mouth of this sweet child's face. Wonder as it spills into the bowl beneath, only to mysteriously replenish the face and continue the meditative cycle.
